By purchasing a ticket or attending the workshops or events, you are agreeing to the following conditions:
Sugar & Cloth Release of Liability Agreement
By purchasing or attending any and all events, all workshop participants, students, including observers, are agreeing to the following: No participants under the age of eighteen (18) are permitted to attend workshops or classes even with a parent or guardian authorization.
Attendant(s) recognize and understand the risks of possible physical injury inherent to any event and fully assume those risks. Attendant(s) hereby release Sugar & Cloth, its affiliates, event sponsors, employees and teachers from all liability for injuries sustained, illnesses contracted by the attendant(s), and loss or damage to personal property while attending or participating in any class, workshops, or events.
Attendant(s) agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sugar & Cloth, its affiliate partners, event sponsors, employees and teachers for liabilities, costs and judgments arising from acts of omissions committed by me or others which result in injury or damage to any person or property.
I understand and agree that it is my sole responsibility to safeguard my personal property while attending or participating in any classes or workshops. Attendant(s) hereby release Sugar & Cloth, its affiliate partners, event sponsors, employees and teachers from all liability for loss or damage to my personal property while attending or participating in classes or workshops. Attendant(s) also agree to abide by any rules, regulations and policies set forth by Sugar & Cloth and Art Square Studios.
As a registered student or observer, attendant(s) acknowledge and understand that individual teachers and Sugar & Cloth employees and partners may prohibit videography or the taking of photos in their classes or any events that attendant(s) are admitted to. Attendant(s) agree that they will honor any such restrictions imposed and will not hold Sugar & Cloth responsible nor will expect an adjustment or reduction in any fees paid or agreed to pay.
In case of physical injury or medical emergency, attendant(s) hereby authorize Sugar & Cloth to make necessary arrangements to request medical transportation and/or treatment as necessary. All such transportation and medical treatment will be at teh attendant(s) sole cost and expense.
In agreeing to this release, attendant(s) acknowledge and represent themselves fully informed of the content of this waiver and hold harmless all stated parties and are acting on their own free act and deed; no oral representations, statements, or inducements, apart from the written statement, have been made.
Attendant(s) further agree that they are at least eighteen (18) years of age and fully competent to accept this agreement; and attendant(s) execute this release for full, adequate, and complete consideration fully intending to be bound by the same. Attendant(s) further state that there are no health-related reasons or problems that preclude or restrict their participation in this activity, and they will pay any medical costs that may occur as a result of injury or illness.
Sugar & Cloth reserves the right to use photographs, taken either in class or of students participating in class and/or their art, for the purposes of instruction, advertising and promoting Sugar & Cloth, the studio, and its programs, teachers, affiliates, and sponsors.
By purchasing a ticket, attendent(s) also understand that there are no refunds or exchanges, and all sales are final.
